All-inclusive means most of the essentials at the resort are included in your booking price, such as your accommodations, meals, beverages, activities, entertainment, and tipping. Some common exclusions include, but aren’t limited to, spa treatments, premium dining, and premium activities (i.e. golf, jet skiing, parasailing, etc.). To find out everything that’s included in your booking price, contact your resort directly. 

Each hotel will have a different policy regarding pets. It's common for hotels to have a pet fee and a limited amount of pet-friendly rooms. When you book online with AAA, you can filter your hotel search results to display pet-friendly properties. When traveling with your pet, always notify the hotel and request a pet-friendly room.

Hotels will state their normal check-in and check-out times. When you make a request, it's not guaranteed and there may be an extra charge.

You may request a refund if the booking rate allows a cancellation. Cancellation policies are listed when you book a hotel. Some rates let you request a refund if you cancel a few days before your check-in date. When you book a “non-refundable” rate, you do not receive a refund even when you decide to cancel.

If a resort has a daily fee, you'll be charged when you make the booking or when you check out. Usually, the resort will state the daily fee is a mandatory charge.

Wi-Fi has become a common hotel amenity. Depending on the hotel, you may have Wi-Fi available in your room, as well as in the hotel common areas. Hotels may charge a fee to access the Wi-Fi, so it's always good to ask.

When you book a room with a specified bed type, the hotel should honor the booking. Hotels do not guarantee types of beds, but they do try their best to accommodate your request. For example, if you have 2 guests who don’t want to share a bed, the hotel cannot guarantee to provide 2 beds. 

Hotels need to guarantee the reservation with a credit card or charge a deposit to confirm the booking.

When you book a AAA rate, most hotels will allow you to earn loyalty points. Ask the hotel directly to make sure you get points for your booking.  Some of the properties listed do not qualify for brand loyalty points, AAA member benefits such as a resort credit or an activity voucher might be available.
